EXCHANGE POLICY FOR BLACK FRIDAY & HOLIDAY SEASON PURCHASES
Thank you for choosing to shop with us during our Black Friday and Holiday Season Sale. These events allow us to offer you our most exceptional deals of the season, and we truly appreciate your participation.
Please be aware that sale purchases made during Black Friday and Holiday Season are not eligible for refunds. However, to give you greater peace of mind, we have extended the exchange period to 60 days from the date you receive your order.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations or the fit is not quite right, you can easily submit an exchange request online within this extended timeframe.
For standard-size items, you may exchange your product for a different size or another style of your choice.
Our goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience, and our support team is always available to help with any exchange needs or product questions.
At Marco Enzolani, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you’re not fully satisfied with your jacket, we’ve made the return process simple.

Returns – Regular Orders
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in resellable condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Complimentary items included in the order must also be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 72 hours. After approval, your exchange or refund will be processed.
Made-to-Measure Orders
- Made-to-measure pieces are tailored specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold.
- Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted for made-to-measure garments once production begins.
- If your jacket does not fit as expected, Marco Enzolani offers one complimentary alteration to achieve the correct fit.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending items back for alteration.
- Please note: Only one free alteration is provided; further adjustments may incur additional charges.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable on:
- Approved returns from regular orders.
Processing Timelines:
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval.
- Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return or refund is completed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
- For regular orders, exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchanges, but customers may request their complimentary alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Made-to-measure garments are finalized, once production has begun.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or not in their original condition.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Order Acceptance & Payment
- Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
- Errors, if discovered, will be corrected promptly.
- If a pricing error occurs:
- If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference.
- If the correct price is higher, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order.
- Marco Enzolani reserves the right to decline or cancel service to any customer at any time, for any reason.
