DELIVERY POLICY
At Marco Enzolani, we ensure that your jacket reaches you with the same care and attention we put into crafting it. Every order is prepared and shipped using trusted courier services so that your purchase arrives securely and on time.
Complimentary Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer free global delivery on every order, with no minimum spend required. Currently, we are unable to ship to Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC-sanctioned countries.
Dispatch Timelines
Our jackets are shipped within the following timeframes:

Prime Collection products are immediately available. Regular and made-to-measure pieces follow the timelines above. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.
Courier Services
We work with reliable international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure fast and safe delivery worldwide.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.
Customs & Duties
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s authorities are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend confirming potential charges with your local customs office before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact both our Customer Care team and the courier within 5 working days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- Claims made after 5 days cannot be accepted.
- Once confirmed by the courier, we will provide either a replacement or store credit.

Refunds are not offered for lost parcels.
Delivery Concerns & Rescheduling

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent after dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment.

Courier Issues: If delivery fails due to unavailability or repeated missed attempts, the courier may destroy the package. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible in such cases.

Refused Deliveries: Refusal to accept delivery will result in the parcel being lost or destroyed. To arrange a return, please first accept delivery and then follow our return policy.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address. If the parcel becomes undeliverable, it may be destroyed by the courier and cannot be refunded or returned.

Combined Orders: Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be combined for efficiency unless you request otherwise.
- Complimentary Gifts: Orders of more than 10 items may not include complimentary products unless approved by our Customer Care team.
