What Can Be Returned?

• Regular Orders: Eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  
• Made-to-Measure Orders: Because these jackets are tailored specifically to your measurements, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, we offer one complimentary alteration to ensure the perfect fit.
  

 

Inspection & Processing

• Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected within 72 hours.
  
• After approval, you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been completed.
  
• Refunds (for regular orders only) are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
  

 

Notes to Remember

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  
• All complimentary items included with your order must also be returned in unused condition.
  
• Items returned after the 30-day window or not meet the condition criteria cannot be accepted.
