A regular order refers to any jacket purchased in our standard sizes as listed on the website. A made-to-measure order is crafted to your exact body measurements and customization preferences for a perfect fit.
Are jackets made-to-measure or kept in stock?
Most jackets are made to measure to ensure exclusivity and minimize waste. Selected designs in popular sizes may be available in limited stock for faster delivery.
How do I place a made-to-measure order?
Select the Made-to-Measure option on the product page, fill in your measurements using our easy guide, and share any customization requests. Our team will review your details and confirm everything before production begins.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, order modifications or cancellations are possible within 48 hours of purchase. Once production has started or the item has been dispatched, changes can no longer be made.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. You’ll also be updated as your jacket moves through production and shipping stages.
Shipping & Delivery
How can I track my shipment?
Once your jacket has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, address changes are possible within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, the shipping process may already be scheduled, and updates might not be possible.
What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking link first. If further assistance is needed, contact us, and our support team will be happy to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Marco Enzolani ships worldwide. Whether you order a regular size or a made-to-measure jacket, we deliver to most international locations with reliable global courier partners.
Does free shipping include customs duties and taxes?
Free shipping covers standard delivery charges, but customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
Do you ship to APO or PO Box addresses?
Currently, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. A complete residential or business address is required to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

Do you offer extended or tall sizes?
Yes. Alongside standard sizing, we accommodate big and tall measurements to ensure every customer enjoys the right fit without compromising on style.
None of the listed sizes suit me. Can I request a made-to-measure jacket?
Absolutely. If our standard sizes don’t match your requirements, you can choose the made-to-measure option. Our team will guide you on how to provide accurate measurements for a tailored fit.
Can you use the measurements from a jacket I already own?
Yes. If you have a jacket that fits perfectly, you can provide its measurements, and we’ll craft your Marco Enzolani jacket based on those specifications.
What if my made-to-measure jacket doesn’t fit correctly?
We take every detail seriously to minimize fitting issues. However, if adjustments are needed, we offer the first alteration free of charge on made-to-measure jackets.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange a return and cover the shipping costs.
Can I return a jacket if it doesn’t fit or if I don’t like it?
Yes. Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Once inspected, you may choose a refund or exchange.
Can made-to-measure jackets be returned?
Made-to-measure garments are tailored exclusively for you, which means they are not eligible for return or refund. However, we do offer one complimentary alteration if the fit is not as expected.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after we inspect your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Can I exchange a regular order for another size or style?
Yes. Exchanges for regular orders are possible within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. For made-to-measure orders, exchanges are not available, but alterations can be arranged.

How should I clean my leather garment?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for light cleaning. For deeper care, always use a leather-specific cleaner or conditioner. Avoid regular detergents, bleach, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the leather’s natural texture and finish. For the best results, consider professional leather cleaning once a year.
Can I wear my leather jacket in the rain?
Light rain won’t harm your jacket, but prolonged exposure to moisture should be avoided. If your jacket does get wet, gently wipe away the water with a soft cloth and hang it in a cool, dry place to air-dry naturally. Please keep it away from heaters or direct sunlight, as these can cause cracking or fading.
What steps can I take to keep my jacket looking its best?
Regular conditioning helps maintain the softness and shine of genuine leather. We suggest applying a quality leather conditioner every few months. Also, avoid overloading pockets or folding the jacket for long periods, as this may distort its shape.
How should I store my leather garment?
Always hang your jacket on a wide, padded hanger to preserve its shape. Store it in a breathable garment bag (not plastic) to allow air circulation. Please keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity.
Do leather garments need special care during seasonal changes?
Yes. If storing your jacket for long periods (like summer months), condition the leather before putting it away. This prevents it from drying out. Check it occasionally during storage to ensure it remains fresh and supple.
